With nearly 30 years’ experience within the beauty, skin and aesthetics industry, Catherine is the founder and driving force behind Stellar Salon Group.
As Founder & CEO, Catherine leads the development of the group, its people, its brand and its future, bringing together her extensive industry experience with a clear vision for exceptional standards, advanced skin treatments and outstanding client care.
Alongside leading the business, Catherine remains a highly experienced Skin Specialist, with a passion for results-driven treatments, skin health and creating an exceptional experience for every client who comes through the doors.

Judy heads up the day-to-day salon operation across standards, client experience and the team, ensuring the salon runs smoothly and consistently.
Her role is centred around maintaining the high standards expected across Stellar Salon Group, supporting and leading the team, overseeing the client journey and making sure the operational side of the salon is delivered to an exceptional level.
Judy plays a key role in bringing together the people, standards and experience that make the salon what it is.

Stacey leads the training and treatment development within Stellar Salon Group, helping us to grow and develop our own therapists from grassroots level to the standards expected within the group.
She nurtures and supports our apprentices throughout their apprenticeship programme, delivers training to the wider team and plays an important role in the continued professional development of our therapists.
Alongside training, Stacey oversees treatment standards, ensuring treatments are delivered consistently and to a high level, while supporting the team in making the very best use of our advanced facilities and technologies.
Her role is central to developing the next generation of Stellar therapists while protecting and continually raising our treatment standards.

Kennedy is our highly qualified Level 7 Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner, specialising in advanced injectable treatments.
With a professional background in healthcare as a Specialist Biomedical Scientist within the NHS, Kennedy brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, expertise and a meticulous approach to her work.
She offers a carefully selected range of injectable treatments, including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, Profhilo®, Vitaran, Lumi Eyes, hyaluronic acid skin boosters and fat-dissolving treatments, with a focus on achieving natural, considered results.

Nina is our highly skilled and experienced Semi-Permanent Makeup Specialist, bringing her expertise to the salon twice each month.
Specialising in brows and eyes, Nina combines precision, artistry and experience to create beautifully defined, natural-looking results tailored to each individual client.
Her exceptional standards and attention to detail make her an important part of the specialist services offered within Stellar Salon Group.

Louise has been with us for 14 years and has been in the industry for over 30 years!
Louise specialises in some of our advanced result driven treatments including CACI, Catio vital & Advanced Electrolysis as well as our popular Clarins Treatments.

Millie joins us as our Junior Therapist here at NBR. You may have already seen her around helping on reception and we're now excited that she's starting her journey as a level 2 therapist.

Amelia also joins us as a Junior Therapist. She has a real passion for beauty and her favourite area is make-up so be sure to grab her if you need help finding that perfect shade of lippy!
