A 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Appointments lasting over 2 hours require a 50% deposit.

We operate a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If an appointment is cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

Please note, if you fail to attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

For treatment courses, late cancellations or missed appointments may result in that session being deducted from the course.

** Specialised & advanced treatments may also require a consultation or patch test before treatment can go ahead.
